It is good exercise and builds muscular strength. Swimming is an important skill that can be used forever. There is a reduced risk of injury. Each swimmer can easily chart his or her own progress. Ok...pada pendapat saya after my daughter join dengan kelas nie, she has a lot of improvement. Banyak energy2 dia telah digunakan ke arah yang lebih berfaedah. Before this, dia tidak akan duduk diam until she have a sleep. Maybe because of kepenatan tahap yang maksima. Selesai jer swimming class, dia still tidak tido walaupun 2 jam berkubang didalam pool tu. Tetapi dia dah tak melompat-lompat lagi just baring-baring sambil menonton tv cerita cartoon.
